My name is Jeremy Graves. I have spent much of my career leading efforts improving products from a serviceability standpoint, increasing customer satisfaction and profitability. My passion and my approach to conceptualizing and executing a strategy is reflected in my most recent engagement at a small application provider prior to their acquisition. There I was given the opportunity to develop a business intelligence strategy from the ground up, which was used by management and the executive board to provide cross-functional visibility and accountability of key performance indicators. This effort established a metrics and benchmarking framework in the R&D organization providing consistency in aligning metrics and goals.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a second major in Sociology (with an emphasis on Organizational Structure and Research) from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. I currently reside in San Diego, CA.
